VuelaVuela is a sweet and whimsical new line of multimedia jewellery that we're now carrying here at the General.

The collection evokes vintage nature woodcuts and watercolours, romantic keys, lockets and hearts. It's like wearing art and these lovelies won't fail to charm.

The line is made by Montrealer-via-Buenos Aires art student Anabel Burin. Just try to resist wearing and smooshing these little stuffed birdies.

Haute Autumn

Dagg & Stacey, the awesomely ethical fashion line from Toronto, is celebrating it's 10th year and we have some fabulous pieces from this most excellent Fall/Winter collection. We've got these gorgeous dresses (the bottom one comes in navy, too!) that are the perfect mix of tailored and casual. I can't wait to wear this top one with my favourite blazer and riding boots.


We also have some beautifully crafted pieces from local tailor Lookens. His trousers are impeccably cut and I think his halters flow seamlessly from summer to fall - pair them over a long sleeved cotton shirt with skinny jeans, ankle boots and a scarf!
